Comments:
1. The supplier confirms the authority to offer and supply equipment and is the official distributor of f. Hirschmann, or an authorized supplier to it, guarantees the quality and safety of the delivered goods that meets the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, presented to the Goods of the specified type (kind). For the delivered goods, the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with regulatory documents confirming the quality for this type of product for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier shall at its own expense eliminate the defects (replace) the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Uploading the Specification, as well as the document confirming the requirements of Clause 1, is mandatory.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
