Payment terms:20% of the total cost of the goods within five (5) business days from the time of signing the contract, the remaining 80% of the total cost of the goods are paid for five (5) business days after the receipt of the goods to the customer's warehouse
Delivery terms:The delivery time is no more than sixty (60) days after application.

Comments:
1. Supplier confirms authorization to offer and supply of equipment, and is an authorized distributor f. Hirschmann, or an authorized supplier to it, guarantees the quality and safety of goods supplied, corresponding to the mandatory requirements of the Russian legislation applicable to the type of goods specified (kind of). On the delivered goods supplier gives a guarantee of quality, in accordance with the regulations, confirming the quality on this type of product at least 12 months. During the warranty period, Supplier shall at his own expense to eliminate defects (to replace a) of goods in accordance with the Russian legislation.
2. Alternative specifications as well as a document confirming the requirements of claim 1 is required.
