Payment terms:20% of the total cost of goods within 5 (five) banking days from the moment of signing the contract, the remaining 80% of the total cost of goods is paid within 5 (five) banking days after receipt of the Goods at the Customer’s warehouse

Delivery is carried out at the expense of the supplier to the customer’s warehouse

Comments:
1. The supplier confirms the authority to offer and supply equipment and is the official distributor of f. Hirschmann, or an authorized supplier to it, guarantees the quality and safety of the goods supplied, which complies with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, presented to the Goods of the specified type (kind). For the delivered goods, the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with regulatory documents confirming the quality for this type of product for at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes to eliminate defects (replace) the goods at its own expense in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Uploading the Specification, as well as the document confirming the requirements of Clause 1, is mandatory.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
