The supplier must confirm the partner status (approved by the partner certificate) and the right to supply this equipment (confirmed by an authorization letter from the equipment manufacturer to supply this specification)
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
