Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:
- Delivery time in calendar days;
- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with the tax system);
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Acceptable amount of penalties (% for the full week of delay of delivery);
- readiness to work on the standard form of the contract "Tambovskiy Bacon" Ltd.
2. Reference list on similar deliveries.
3. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
4. Licenses and certificates for delivery of the required equipment.
