Comments:
1. The Supplier guarantees the quality and safety of the delivered goods, which comply with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for the Goods of the specified type (kind). For the delivered goods the Supplier gives a quality guarantee in accordance with the normative documents confirming the quality, for this type of goods at least 12 months. During the warranty period, the Supplier undertakes to eliminate defects (replace) of the goods at its own expense in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Shipment of the Specification as well as the document confirming the requirements of paragraph 1 is mandatory.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
