Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total price of the Agreement (Clause 2.1. Of this Agreement) is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s current account on the basis of the account, within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt by the Buyer.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer, in accordance with the Specification and in the presence of a consignment note signed by both Parties in the form of TORG-12 and an invoice, pays the invoice within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of its receipt in the amount of the actual delivery minus the advance payment paid.
