Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer makes payment under this Agreement:
- Provided that the Contractor is a small and medium-sized enterprise: Within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties a consignment note (TORG-12) or a universal transfer document (UPD) for the supplied equipment, Certificate of acceptance of work performed, Help on the cost of the work performed and costs (forms KS-2 and KS-3), and the provision of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of an invoice received from the Contractor, the Customer makes the final settlement in the amount of 100% (One hundred) percent of the total amount of this Agreement, which is _______ (_____) ______, incl. - Provided that the Contractor is not a small and medium-sized enterprise: Within 5 (Five) working days after 15 calendar days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the consignment note (TORG-12) or a universal transfer document (UPD) for the supplied equipment, the Act acceptance of the work performed, certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (forms KS-2 and KS-3), and the provision of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, the Customer makes the final settlement in the amount of 100% (One hundred) percent of the total amount of this Agreement, which is ____ (_____) ___, incl. VAT 20% (_____).
