1) copy of the Charter and the constituent contract; 2) copy of certificate on State registration; 3) copy of certificate of registration in the unified State Register of legal entities issued by the Tax Inspectorate (NIP and BIN); 4) a copy of an extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER issued by the tax authority not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of discharge; 5) a copy of the minutes of the general meeting of shareholders (stockholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole shareholder of the counterparty on the appointment to the post of Director of the counterparty (with specimen signatures).
