The price is indicated for unloading and delivery of one container to any address of the subject of the Russian Federation. The projected quantity of goods in pieces, broken down by constituent entities of the Russian Federation and types of containers, is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference and may vary by 30%, both upward and downward.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
