Bids shall be submitted in electronic form using the functional features of e-commerce platform - www.b2b-bashneft.ru and in accordance with its technicalities, rules and regulations. Submission of quotations shall be performed by the bidders directly on the e-commerce platform before expiration of the bid submission deadline. Within the specified period the participants' bids shall be uploaded on the e-marketplace in their scanned versions (as a package of scanned documents). The bidder is not allowed to submit a quotation exceeding the initial quotation. If the bidder submits a quotation exceeding the initial quotation, such bidder shall not be allowed to participate in the purchase procedure.
