Auto-extension

Payment terms:The contract price (lot price) is formed taking into account the expenses for the fulfillment of the Agreement in accordance with the requirements of clause 8 and paragraph 9 of this technical specification, the costs of transportation, insurance, loading, packaging, payment of customs duties, taxes and other Mandatory payments, shipping costs.
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed taking into account VAT in the amount according to the tax code of the Russian Federation – at the rate of 20% (as the products in accordance with the agreement will be transferred after 01.01.2019 (article 5 of the Federal law of 03.08.2018 № 303-FZ)) if the participant is a VAT payer.
Delivery terms:total delivery time of goods: No later than the number of calendar days determined according to the proposal of the winner of purchase, but not more than 40 calendar days from the moment of contract conclusion.
