Essential conditions:
1. the supply of barite concentrate in the required volumes, in batches, according to preliminary applications.
2. adherence to a delivery time of not more than 30 calendar days to the warehouse of STU LLC (461040, Orenburg Region, Buzuluk, Magistralnaya St., 12);
3. terms of payment - within 90 days upon delivery;
4. fixing prices for 2020 (for more details on fixing prices, see paragraph 7)
Technical requirements
Barite concentrate KB-3, class B must comply with GOST 4682-84, which must be confirmed by a quality certificate and (or) certificate of conformity.
Other requirements
1. Each consignment must have clearly legible markings in Russian on the packaging, including the following information:
§ name of the manufacturer and his trademark;
§ Name
§ batch number
§ net weight per pack
§ date of manufacture (month, year);
§ expiration date.
§ hazard class
2. Each delivered batch must be accompanied by a quality certificate for this batch of additives
3. The additive should have technical information with a detailed description of the additive, its characteristics, recommendations for use, if possible, a test report in cement mortar laboratories
4. The additive must have all the accompanying documentation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. All reagents offered for delivery to LLC STU should be tested on the basis of the testing laboratory of LLC STU and receive a protocol of compliance with the declared characteristics.
Notes: All the counterparties that have submitted submit commercial proposals for the additive to STU LLC, as well as samples of the additives specified in the commercial proposal.
The testing laboratory of LLC STU conducts testing of additives and evaluates their effectiveness.
For testing, the counterparty must send a sample of barite KB-3 concentrate, class B to the laboratory of STU LLC in an amount of 2 kg.

Terms of submitting an application for delivery:
Delivery is carried out within 30 days from the moment of sending the application by the Buyer to the Supplier. In addition, emergency claims may occur.
The application is compiled on the basis of previously submitted forecasts. Forecast is not the Buyer's obligation to buy, but the Supplier to deliver this nomenclature. The forecast is made in order to present the likely volumes of purchases by the Buyer, based on currently available information, with the aim of planning the production of the Supplier and fulfilling the delivery time. The forecast is presented quarterly, at the end of each quarter, to the planning horizon three blocks ahead. Terms for submitting a forecast no later than: March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31.
The supplier undertakes:
• comply with the terms of the contract and its applications;
• maintain a stock of 30% of the quarterly need for warehouses;
• maintain a fixed price for the supplied goods throughout the duration of the contract.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity of the suppliers' proposal is at least 6 months.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
