Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to the receipt of an invoice from the Supplier. on the basis of a signed contract and an invoice drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier.
Delivery terms:Delivery basis: DDP Arkhangelsk region, Mezensky district, 132 km north-east of Arkhangelsk, mining and processing plant named after IN. Mushroom. From Arkhangelsk to the diamond deposit named after IN. Grib there is a road III cat, a warehouse of the GTZ.
