1. Applications for participation in the procurement procedure are accepted on the B2B-Center electronic site until 04.106.2020 15-00. The application must be accompanied by a scan of the completed information about the applicant and the experience of similar deliveries.
2. Access to the technical and commercial part of the procurement documentation, as well as to the draft contract will be made after verification of the participants until 06/11/2020 15-00
3. The term for the submission of the procurement proposal and the opening of the technical part of the procurement proposals of bidders is 06/29/2020 14-15
4. The date of additional negotiations will be indicated additionally.
5. The cost of proposals is indicated in rubles for the full scope of delivery, excluding VAT.
6. Commercial offers without the necessary applications in accordance with the Instructions to the applicant (clause 14) may not be allowed to bid.
