Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Providing additional information:
- A list and cost of spare parts, consumables and additional equipment (if necessary) with an indication of the cost. for the year of operation.
- Schedule of equipment delivery.
-Schedule of supervision and commissioning, requirements for the provision of work
2. Terms of payment: 100% post-payment with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works
3. The Bidder's consent to sign the standard contract form (in the attachment, the "Draft Contract" file)
4. The Bidder's consent to the terms of the terms of reference
5. Before submitting an offer to the E-Marketplace, a mandatory visit to the facility and an inspection of the original equipment at the facility. It is necessary to agree on the date and time of the visit by e-mail: O.Ryazanova@dixy.ru .
6. The year of production of the conveyor no later than 2023 (attach supporting documents)
7. The warranty for the delivered goods is at least 60 months.
8. Warranty obligations for installation work -24 months
9. Delivery, installation, commissioning at the RC, included in the price
10. The deadline for fixing prices is not less than 12/31/2024.
11. Confirmation of fulfillment of all requirements specified in the Terms of Reference
12. Provision of passport and quality certificate for the supplied equipment

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
