Auto-extension

Payment terms:
in contract price is included the price of the product, the cost of packaging and labelling, Supplier costs for delivery to the warehouse of the buyer, as well as necessary to pay insurance costs, costs for warranty service, the payment of fees, taxes and other obligatory payments related to the performance of the contract.
Payment for the delivered product is made by the buyer in the following order:
- The purchaser calculates at the rate of 100% of the value subject to delivery the goods within 20 working days after delivery of the goods in full, signed by the parties heading invoice, invoice or universal gear document (UPD), and under the vendor account.
Delivery terms:
goods delivery is carried out to the buyer with a duly executed documents no later than 30 working days from the date of signing by the parties to the Treaty. Delivery time is an essential condition of the contract.
The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer the full set, the corresponding characteristics and related documents.
