Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment of products is made by the buyer with a deferment of payment not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (the date of signing the parties trade-12/upd), provided the buyer full set of documents for payment Products:
- Original of the consignment note (form Trade-12/upd) for the products signed by the Parties-2 copies;
- Original Invoice – 1 copies;
- Copies of transport documents with the corresponding mark about the dispatch of products (stamp of station-departure, or Etc.) – 1. In case the contract is concluded with smsp, the term of payment is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Calculations are made by transferring funds to the current account of the supplier, as well as may have a different form of settlements that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
