Payment terms:1.Аванс в размере 30% поставки, в течение 30 календарных дней с момента подписания договора. В течение пяти календарных дней после получения от Покупателя предоплаты Поставщик должен выставить Покупателю счет-фактуру на данную сумму (п. 3 ст. 168 НК РФ). 2.Окончательный расчёт производится Покупателем после полного выполнения Поставщиком своих обязательств в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента поставки Товара, с учётом ранее произведённого авансового платежа. Цена товара остаётся фиксированной и не подлежит изменению с момента 30% предварительной оплаты.
Delivery terms:Сроки поставки: до 31 июля 2013 г. Покупатель обязуется принять костюмы для защиты от электрической дуги и произвести их оплату на условиях договора
