Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Postpayment of 97% of the order / specification value, 3% for the warranty period (subject to the provision of a bank guarantee for the warranty period, or payment after the expiration of the warranty).

Stage II: collection of commercial proposals, in which changes in the prices of the procurement participants are not allowed before the selection of the winner.

В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:
В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
