Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the moment the goods are received and the Buyer signs the unified invoice form (according to the TORG-12 form, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated December 25, 98 N 132), subject to receipt of an invoice from the Supplier , issued on the basis of a signed contract and a certificate of acceptance of the assembled goods signed by the parties by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier.
