For contractors with whom the contract is not concluded, it is desirable to sub-contract the statutory documents.

At the same time, the Organizer does not have the obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.

The procedure for conducting the request for proposals procedure in the B2B-CENTER system is defined by the B2B-CENTER System Regulations and posted on the official website.
Section 8 of the Regulations provides that the request for proposals is not a tender and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to choose the winner of the procedure, and to complete it by rejecting all incoming proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
