Payment terms:
Settlement procedure: specified by the participant in the application.
The prices shall be indicated in RUB with no reference to the exchange rates, and shall include all the taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead expenses.

Delivery time: specified by the participant in the application.
The delivered goods must be packed in containers and labeled in accordance with the state standards (GOST) established for it, the requirements of the TU, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods along the route and during storage. Transportation of the component parts of the goods in the manufacturer's packaging is allowed. The marking must be applied to the packaging of the goods and include information about the details of the contract, the supplier, the customer, and the specified information is certified by the supplier's seal. If the supplied product consists of several places, the marking must also contain information about the number of places in the set and the number of the place.
The delivered goods must be new (goods that have not been used, in repair, including those that have not been restored, which have not been replaced with components, have not been restored to consumer properties), have a genuine and legal origin, not have defects in design, material or function.
Delivery of goods removed from conservation (long-term storage), as well as used goods, having external damage, traces of use is not allowed.

Comments: Each participant must submit a completed Participant Questionnaire both in electronic form in "doc" format, and a scanned version with a signature and seal.

A full package of documents specified in the Participant's Questionnaire and a detailed technical description of the offered products are also provided.
It is possible to extend the period for filing an application at the request of the participant through the "Explanations" menu in the procedure.
When submitting an application, the participant is provided with a completed draft contract, which means agreement with its provisions and form (when amendments are made, the latter are highlighted in a different color and, if necessary, comments are indicated).
In the absence of the necessary agreement in the documentation, such a draft agreement is submitted by the participant for approval to the Organizer.

Carrying out a request for proposals with item-by-item detailing of the subject of procurement (item-by-item purchase) provides for the participant the possibility of submitting a separate item of a stand-alone offer, which is an integral part of the Participant's Application for this Procedure, and for the Organizer the opportunity to conclude a separate agreement for each item or group of items.

The opening date of applications occurs when 1 hour has passed after the closing date for applications. This makes it possible for the participants in the procedure to upload documents corresponding to the last submitted price already after the deadline for the submission of applications.
