Payment terms:Option 1 (postpaid): the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after the Goods are delivered in full to the Buyer's warehouse and accepted by the Buyer using either a set of invoices and a waybill in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 form, or a set of invoices and-2, or UPD-1 within 7 working days
Option 2 (partial prepayment): the cost of the Goods, minus the advance payment, is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after the Goods are delivered in full to the Buyer's warehouse and accepted by the Buyer using either a set of invoices and an invoice in the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 form, or a set of invoices-invoices and UPD-2 or UPD-1 within 7 working days
Option 3 (100% prepayment): Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Buyer on the terms of 100% prepayment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) within 7 business days from the date of signing by both parties of the agreement based on the Supplier's account.
