• не находиться в процессе ликвидации; должно отсутствовать вступившее в законную силу решение арбитражного суда о признании Участника конкурса банкротом и об открытии конкурсного производства; на имущество Участника конкурса, в части существенной для исполнения Договора, не должен быть наложен арест; экономическая деятельность Участника конкурса не должна быть приостановлена (для юридического лица, индивидуального предпринимателя);
• не быть включенным в Реестр недобросовестных поставщиков |
