Payment terms:60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee (branch of the Buyer) of the positive act of incoming control after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and submitting the documents named in Appendix No. 2 and clause 3.5 of this Agreement, with the contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
5.1.2. 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee (branch of the Buyer) of a positive act of incoming control after receipt of the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and submission of the documents named in Appendix No. 2 and clause 3.5 of this Agreement,
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single supplier - an industry organization (no price limit);
5.1.3. 15 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee (branch of the Buyer) of the positive act of incoming control after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and submitting the documents named in Appendix No. 2 and clause 3.5 of this Agreement:
- with SMEs.
