Payment terms:payment of goods is made by the buyer on the basis of the invoice for payment in the following order:
- 20% of the value of the consignment within 5 (five) business days from the date of signature of the specification.
- 80% of the value of the consignment within 5 (five) business days from the receipt of the goods, receipt of properly issued invoices (if any) and invoice.
Delivery terms:The supplier is obliged to ship (transfer) the goods within 14 working days after receipt from the buyer of the request for shipment (transfer) of the goods and signature of the specification.
