Payment terms:Payment for the Goods by the Buyer of 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of transfer of ownership of goods.
Payment for the Goods by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note TORG-12, copies of shipping documents, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
Delivery terms:Quotation price should include all costs of the Applicant related to the implementation of commitments, excluding VAT and including transport costs.
Quotation price indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.

Applicants who are not manufacturers of this equipment, must be the provision of manual, attach proof of authorized dealer (the dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate)
