Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60 (sixtieth) calendar day from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original TORG-12 consignment note, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The supplier undertakes to deliver new, unused, goods
The Supplier carries out transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination.
The obligations of the Supplier for the delivery (transfer) of the Goods are considered fulfilled at the moment of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of destination.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods:
- packing lists;
- picking lists for each shipment place with indication of: full and correct name, weight and dimensions (length, width, height, net / gross weight), questionnaire number, name of capital construction object, numerical marking (information on the principle: serial number of a place from the general number of seats);
- technical data sheets (where applicable);
- quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods;
- warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the duration of the warranty obligations;
- operating instructions (where applicable);
- documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of the Goods for domestic consumption (applicable for the Goods of foreign production);
- permission from Rostechnadzor to use the Goods (where applicable).
The technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
The Goods must be packed in containers that ensure proper safety of the Goods from any kind of damage and complete or partial loss during transportation and that meets the requirements (technical conditions) for containers and packaging of this type.
The Supplier must provide a packing list in Russian for each container.
The goods must contain commercial and special markings applied in accordance with GOST or TU, with the obligatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer due to defective or incorrect marking shall be borne by the Supplier.
