Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is as follows:
1) for small and medium-sized businesses: payment for the delivered goods is made upon delivery of the products, on the first working Thursday after 20 (twenty) calendar days on the basis of supporting documents;
2) for other participants: payment for the delivered Goods is made upon delivery of the products, on the first working Thursday after 60 (sixty) calendar days on the basis of supporting documents;
3) for individuals and individual entrepreneurs: payment for the delivered goods is made upon delivery of the products, on the first working Thursday after 14 (fourteen) calendar days on the basis of supporting documents
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until June 30, 2020, with the possibility of early delivery.
Terms of delivery: the delivery of goods is carried out by air transport, at the expense of the supplier, to the place of delivery.
The product must be new, not previously used, industrial production, provided in the original packaging containing all the necessary codes and signs of the Manufacturer
Copies of certificates, passports and other documents confirming the quality of the goods are transmitted to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods.
The packaging of the Goods must be suitable for transportation to areas of the far north.
Shipping costs should be included in the price of the goods.
