Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the cost of the products to the Supplier upon delivery of all products, on the basis of the invoice (or FRTD) received by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date the Consignee signed the receipt voucher after receiving the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness and receiving by the Buyer ( Consignee) documents.
