Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day from the date of transfer of ownership of the Product.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original TORG-12 consignment note, copies of transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
1. The quotation price must include all expenses of the Applicant related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
2. The quotation price is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
3. The cost of NR/CMR services in the commercial offer should be indicated in a separate line for each item for which it is necessary to carry out the Work (according to questionnaires).
