Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Price products offered must be specified taking into account transport costs, insurance costs, taxes, customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments. Participating in the contest participant, automatically agrees with the condition of the contract. Changes in the condition of the Treaty could make only "buyer". The terms "supplier" shall indicate a specific delivery time and whether there was a material in stock. The amount of material according to the attached specification # 46 from g. 11.08.2017 may be adjusted "Buyer" in the contract (specifications).
