Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made with allowed extension by 30 days after the Goods are delivered to the Customer’s warehouse on condition that the Seller provides the original versions of the quality certificates, the goods consignment note and the invoice corresponding to the results of the acceptance procedure and executed in accordance with the Law. The agreement price shall include the price of the Goods as well as the supplier’s expenses for transportation, insurance, customs clearance, tax clearance, expenses for delivery as well as remuneration for arrangement of transportation (any means of transport), railroad rates, as well as the amounts to be paid to the transportation company (in case of railroad transportation), non- returnable containers, packaging (marking), cargo handling works, expenses for cargo handling, expenses for execution of shipping documents, permits, car sporting/withdrawal from/to the dispatching stations, road transportation expenses, expenses for security services and other mandatory payments.
The Supplier may propose his conditions of payment.
Delivery terms:
The goods shall be delivered using the Supplier's vehicle to the destination: Vanino Urban-Type Settlement, Khabarovsky Krai. Delivery term - 30 work days after signing.
