Comments:
5. The commercial offer must contain the following information:
- name of the proposed material;
- price of goods including VAT (rubles / (kg), rounding to packaging;
- tare no more than 50 kg;
- the total quantity and cost of each material;
- the total amount of the commercial proposal;
- delivery cost (in a separate line or included in the total cost of paintwork materials);
- delivery time from the moment of signing the Agreement (Specifications);
- availability of a quality passport;
- payment terms;

6. The following documents must be submitted as an attachment to the commercial offer:
• Client Due Diligence Questionnaire / Sanctions Compliance.
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued no earlier than 30 days before the date of the transaction (original or copy certified by an authorized person of the counterparty);
• Charter of a counterparty - a legal entity (copy certified by an authorized person of the counterparty);
• Certificate of state registration of the counterparty (copy certified by an authorized person of the counterparty);
• Documents confirming the powers of the person signing the transaction on behalf of the counterparty, certified by an authorized person of the counterparty with the counterparty's seal attached (if the power of attorney was issued to conclude a specific transaction with the company, then the original is provided, if the power of attorney is general, then a copy is certified by an authorized person of the counterparty, or by a person to whom the power of attorney was issued).
• Partner card.
