Payment terms:Bank transfer. Extension of term of payment by 60 days after the products are delivered to the Buyer’s warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery term: until April 30, 2016. The price of the products shall include the delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse. The agreement shall be only as worded by OOO Mechel-Coke.
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, Chelyabinsk, industrial zone of OJSC "CHMK"
Comments:
1. Recommended offer validity term shall not be less than 15 calendar days after expiration of the bid submission deadline. 2. Indispensable requirement - quality certificates and certificates of origin. 3. Indispensable requirement - quotations signed by an authorized persons and bearing the company seal shall be submitted; 4. The agreement shall be strictly as worded by the Buyer (see the document attached), statements of disagreements are not accepted. 5. Simultaneously with submission of a bid, it is required to provide the documents specified in the List of the documents. 6. With questions concerning participation in the purchase procedure, you may contact the persons specified in the notification and the purchase documentation with your request for clarifications. You may also learn more about the registration on the marketplace, various methods and order of submitting bids. 7. Please, note that this request procedure is not a sort of a tender/auction/public offer and it is not subject to Articles No. 477-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In requests for quotations/proposals, the invitation to participate along with the documents submitted for the request procedure are considered to be the invitation for suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the purchase procedure; the application bid is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for quotations/ proposals. Moreover, the Organizer shall not be bound to enter into an agreement following the results of this procedure;



1. The products shall be as requested: - marking and manufacturer’s packaging; -appearance; -certificates, technical documentation.
