1. Delivery of a similar product is possible subject to compliance with the technical specifications.

7. Payment procedure - payment after delivery to the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days.
8. Requirements for the results of work - agreement, specification, invoice, consignment note of the unified form TORG-12 / UPD.
9. The equipment must be new, not previously used.
10. Warranty obligations - the warranty period for trouble-free operation must be at least 12 months from the date of commissioning; warranty and post-warranty service throughout the Russian Federation. In the commercial offer, the participant is obliged to explicitly indicate the period of the guarantee in months and the moment from which it is valid.
11. Additional requirements: The procurement participant in his application must indicate the name of the manufacturer of the goods offered for delivery. If the Procurement Participant is not the manufacturer of the offered products, then in his proposal he must include documents from the manufacturer (dealer agreement, certificate, letter from the manufacturer, other documents) confirming his authority to represent the manufacturer and / or supply his products.
