Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods under the contract (a separate stage of the contract, which is considered to be each signed act of acceptance and transfer of Goods) is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Goods:
- Original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties – 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Original invoice – 1 copy. or a Universal Transfer Document (UPD);
- Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.4. of the Contract – 1 copy.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out from the Supplier's warehouse by pickup, provided that the Supplier's warehouse is located in the Central Federal District and/or the Volga Federal District and/or the Ural Federal District / delivery of Products to the Buyer's warehouse, provided that the Supplier's warehouse is located outside the Central Federal District and/or the Volga Federal District and/or the Ural Federal District is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
