Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Vehicle is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Vehicle (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for paying for the Vehicle:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) for the vehicle, signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.4. Agreement - 1 copy;
In case of concluding an agreement with the SME, Payment for the Vehicle is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Vehicle (the date the Buyer signed the invoice signed by the Buyer and sent to him by the Supplier in the form of TORG-12 / Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance of the Vehicle / UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
