Payment terms:Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer to the Supplier upon delivery of all Products stipulated by the Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received by the Buyer,
I. within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the act of incoming control after receipt of the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of the documents specified in clause 5.2 of the Terms of Reference (for the winner / sole participant who is not a subject SMEs).
II. within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the act of incoming control after receipt of the Product of proper quality and in proper completeness and receipt by the Buyer (Consignee) of the documents named in clause 5.2 of the Terms of Reference (for the winner / sole participant who is an SME entity).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
