Payment terms:The buyer undertakes to pay the received products by transferring money to the Supplier’s current account with a delay of at least 45 (Forty-five) and no more than 90 (Ninety) banking days (for a Supplier who is not a Small and Medium-Sized Business Entity) for 30 (thirty) calendar days (for the Supplier, which is a small and medium-sized business entity) after the actual receipt of the products subject to the provision of invoices and quality certificates. Invoices are provided to the Buyer within 5 days after shipment of products.
