Auto-extension

The Organizer has the right to refuse the request for proposals, as well as complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the Organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.

In accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 1) clause 2.1. Article 1 of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "On the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, by Certain Types of Legal Entities", the said federal law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of Unipro PJSC from the activities carried out in the sphere of natural monopolies, as well as from the regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011, does not exceed 10% of the total revenue from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
The participant must independently pass accreditation in the supplier base of PJSC "Unipro" on the official website of the company: http://www.unipro.energy/purchase/accreditation/.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
