Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

PICK-ELEMENT OOO:
Warehouse Requirements for TMC Supplied to Pick-Module LLC:

1. The cargo on the pallet must be collected from one item.
2. The cargo delivered must be a multiple of the package (carton).
3. The package (box) must have a barcode.
4. TMCs are well fixed on pallets and are not spread during the transport and unloading process.
5. Side unloading is provided in furs.
6. Vendors must come to marked windows.
7. Any large and heavy cargo must be suitable for unloading by a loader.
8. Large leaf positions must come on 3 bars at least 7 cm (under each position (pack, pallet)) to enter the pitchforks.
9. All incoming pallets must be whole.
10. The incoming pallets should have packing sheets. On the metal tags.
