Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of products/consignment is made by the buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products (the date of signing by the parties Torg-12 or UPD) provided the buyer to provide a complete set Documents for payment of products/consignment:
- Original consignment note (Form Torg-12) or UPD for products signed by the parties – 1 copies;
- Original invoice-1 copy;
Settlements under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation.
