Comments:
1. This competitive procedure upon the prior choice of the Supplier shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the implementation of the Commercial Request Procedure Proposals, which (like the Provider's pre-selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not governed by Art. 447-449 p.1 and 1057-1061 p.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all the Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participant.$
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure
