Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 20 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 20 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Indicate prices with VAT 20%, with delivery
Delivery terms:1) Delivery to: Moscow, st-Kombinat 1.

2) The originals of passports and certificates must be transferred directly to the Commercial Directorate with subsequent transfer to the SMU software

3) Deliver copies of passports and certificates with equipment to the facility
Georeferencing:Moscow and the Moscow region.
Comments:
VMP is used for milling segments that are the matrix for brick panels.
Must offer Inkulen or equivalent
