Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier's current account, no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the ITC to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd is included in the cost of purchased goods. The delivery time is 15-20 days from the date of signing the main specification and the supplementary agreement.

Casting is made using centrifugal technology.
Replacement of the material is allowed only by agreement with the customer.
The chemical composition must comply with GOST for this material.
Castings must undergo primary heat treatment.
Cracks, junctions, pores are not allowed in castings. On the untreated surface, single sinks of no more than 0.2 square meters are allowed.cm and a depth of not more than 30% of the depth of the allowance and a total area of not more than 3% of the surface under consideration.
The casting surfaces must undergo primary machining and comply with GOST R 53464-2009 for dimensional tolerances in accordance with the requirements of the customer's drawings.
At the request of the customer, the supplier must provide a UZK passport for casting.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
