The winner of the request for proposals is the Participant who submitted an Application that meets all the requirements set out in this Notice, the Terms of Reference and in which the following are specified:
1. The lowest cost.
2. The largest deferred payment.
3. The ability to access:
-ready solutions for integrating 1C with marketplaces,
- data transfer from SCP 1.3 to ERP 2,
- development automation tools

4. The possibility of training in the following areas
- 1C development version control systems (repository and git),
- implementation of 1C Document Management,
- 1C Holding Management,
- web integration technologies,
- automated testing

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
