Comments:
The procurement participant must attach to the application scanned copies of documents received from the copyright holder, confirming his status and right to supply (Microsoft Software).
The right to conclude a supply contract after passing accreditation with the Customer.
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
