Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the contract price is firm and is determined for the entire term of the contract. Payment of the contract price shall be made by the purchaser within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of receiving the rights to the software and technical support certificate of VMWare software and signing the act of receiving-transfer of non-exclusive Software rights and technical support certificates.
Delivery terms:The Rightholder must grant the purchaser the right to use the software products and the certificate within 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the contract for the postal addresses of the possessor of rights: oaoenergocentr@mail.ru; Info@energo-centr.ru in the form of access keys (serial numbers) to the software for self-downloading over the Internet and subsequent installation.
Partial delivery is not allowed.
